Valentine's Day

We had so much learning, eating sugar, passing out cards to our buddies, and reading lots of books. Thank you parents for all the donations. They made their day that much better. I included some pictures of our day and their favorite books of the day.

Tuvimos un día lleno de aprendizaje, comiendo azúcar, repartiendo tarjetas a nuestros amigos, y leyendo un montón de libros. Gracias a todos los padres por todas las donaciones. Hicieron el día mucho mejor. He incluido algunas fotos de nuestro día y sus libros favoritos del día.

Sweet Valentine's Day

It was a day filled with friendship, laughter, and yes....love! As far as lunch was concerned, it was absolutely yummy! The nachos and hot dogs sure hit the spot. Though I think that it was the sharing them with friends that made all the difference. I really like the adaptation we did to the O.R.E.O. Project with the Conversation Hearts. And yes, I know that passing out the cards and getting so much candy was also a lot of fun! I am glad to have spent this Valentine with you for the last time...boohooohoo.

I hope through the years you remember all that you shared with your friends and classmates, and as you recollect these elementary memories, may you smile and remember that life is truly SWEET!
